There was a large-scale quicksilver pollution on a former industrial site. The center of contamination was already sealed.

To determine the transport behaviour of dissolved Hg in a complex geological stratum composition, several markers were distributed at 2 different locations.

Altogether, 17 measuring points were analysed in the strata and main aquifer.
